Job description

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • Relevant work experience in event coordination or corporate support is an added advantage.
  • Creative, resourceful, and possesses strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation/design tools such as PowerPoint.
  • Positive, proactive, and a strong team player.
  • Provide support to the department in day-to-day operations and administrative procedures.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company events, including corporate functions, staff engagement activities, CSR initiatives, and more.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Monitor event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure all elements are delivered efficiently.
  • Prepare event-related documentation, including reports, post-event evaluations, and documentations.
  • Support corporate initiatives and special projects as assigned.
  • Willing to travel and work beyond standard office hours when required for events.
  • Willing to take up new tasks and challenges as assigned.
