ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

About the role

Reporting into the Finance department, this full-time Account Executive role at BOON LEE USED CAR SDN BHD will be responsible for handling a range of accounting and bookkeeping tasks. Based in our Jitra, Kedah office, you will play a key part in supporting the smooth financial operations of our growing used car dealership.

What youll be doing

1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger

2. Processing E-invoices, purchase orders, and payments in a timely manner

3. Preparing financial statements, reports, and analyses as required

4. Assisting with tax and compliance-related tasks

5. Providing administrative support to the Finance team as needed

What were looking for

1. Minimum 1 years experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, preferably within the automotive or retail industry

2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as proficiency in using accounting software such as SQL

3. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills

6. Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance
