- Experience in using logistics software and supply chain management software i.e.SAP, excel, word etc.
- Experience with warehouse and inventory management
- Excellent detail-oriented and problem-solving skills in managing logistics and customer service information.
- Excellent quality Customer Serviceand organizational skills to meet clients needs.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Knowledge of another UN language at B level is an advantage.
- Experience working in a United Nations common system, international or non-governmental organization.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistency in delivering quality work.
- Ability to provide high-quality services and to meet clients needs.
- Takes initiative and uses sound judgment to address and resolve issues
- Intercultural awareness and competence to collaborate effectively and respectfully with colleagues from diverse background/nationality/ages and belief to achieve organizational goals
