Technical Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • To handle product demonstration, POC, onsite seizing, after sales service to customers when needed.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and recommend suitable solutions.

  • Provide technical support and product training to the internal sales team and customers.

  • Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers when required.

  • Keep funnel reports and job sheets up to date.

  • Prepare proposals and quotations within established timelines, and with right pricing to win the deals.

  • Work with Brand Principals to get special pricing to support tenders or projects.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years working experience in a related field with strong technical knowledge in networking products.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English & Malay. Mandarin speaking candidates are preferred.

  • Independent, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
