Technical Support cum Designer

Responsibilities

1.    Perform colour matching and qualification for production. 

2.    Adapt and improve designs for inkjet technology and machines. 

3.    Modify glaze, paste, and designs to support new product development. 

4.    Conduct trial runs and testing of new raw materials. 

5.    Ensure only qualified raw materials are used in production. 

6.    Provide technical services including tests, production trials, and troubleshooting to promote company products. 

7.    Maintain close communication with customers and internal teams to develop the products. 

8.    Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives to reduce production costs and enhance efficiency.

Qualification

1.    Able to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision. 

2.    Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Design, or related fields. 

3.    Basic knowledge of Photoshop is a plus. 

4.    Training will be provided. 

5.    Must be willing to work and travel within Johor. 

6.    Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
