Responsibilities:

Work Location: Kuala Lumpur Technical support for our distribution partners and end-users Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all MELAG appliances Technical training for our dealers in online and offline formats Support of sales activities such as trade shows, events, and demonstrations (including international ones) Business trips across Malaysia and the ASEAN region, as well as Korea and Japan when necessary Reporting activities to MELAG Academy in Malaysia Frequent communication with headquarters in Berlin Conducting in-depth market analysis Opportunity for turnover responsibility and sales growth Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients in the region Profile:

A relevant technical qualification with understanding and experience in Malaysian and international business practices Native Malay speaker; good English skills; Chinese language skills; knowledge of German is an advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms Interest in social media activities and online marketing Benefits:
