Supply Chain Analyst (Fresh Graduate)

Contract Duration: 2 years (renewable)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute processes and procedures (e.g., SOPs, work instructions), and recommend updates for applicable Supply Chain functions (30%)
  • Collaborate across departments (clinical, sales, marketing, legal, etc.) to manage product flow and address supply chain issues (20%)
  • Assess global vendors for cost, quality, delivery, and service capabilities; identify and resolve supply chain issues (20%)
  • Perform routine logistics/planning/inventory analysis to improve operations (15%)
  • Execute supply chain related projects (5%)
  • Perform other incidental duties (10%)

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience

Skills and Competencies:

  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office, Power BI/Tableau
  • Exposure to Thai language is an added advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to develop compliance processes and procedures
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Understanding of policies and medical device industry regulations
  • Professional interaction skills across organizational levels
  • Team-oriented with internal and external collaboration abilities
  • Adherence to company protocols and EHS guidelines

Job Types: Full-time, ContractContract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
