Supervisor - Site (Based in Miri)

Naim is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities at our project location in Miri. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes to ensure that all project work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with design specifications, schedules, and company standards.

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site and ensure work is carried out according to approved plans, specifications, and safety standards.

• Coordinate and monitor the performance of contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.

• Ensure that materials and resources are available and used efficiently.

• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues, discrepancies, and delays.

• Maintain accurate site records including daily progress reports, site diaries, and quality checklists.

• Enforce safety procedures and practices in accordance with company and statutory requirements.

• Liaise with the project team, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.

• Report project progress, issues, and requirements to the Project Manager regularly.

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in site supervision, preferably in building or infrastructure projects.

• Familiar with construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Willing to be based at project sites in Miri and work extended hours when required.
