Staff Analyst Financial Controlling

Pro-actively support the production module in terms of performance controlling, management reporting, and strategic positioning.

In your new role, you will:

1. Support financial analysis and cost development at the package and manufacturing level.
2. Bridge actual results to budget & financial forecasts and collaborate with the module head on countermeasures.
3. Challenge and coach the production team proactively with financial analysis and insights.
4. Perform independent financial analysis, cost development, and countermeasures.
5. Provide decision-making support to the Segment on cost scenario feasibility studies (Payback Period and ROI).
6. Support the OneSAP rollout, assist in Fit/Gap analysis, gather concepts, and ensure design fits with OneSAP.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

1. A Bachelors degree in Business Administration/Accounting. Professional qualifications like ACCA/CIMA are an advantage.
2. More than 5 years of experience in Financial Management/Accounting within a manufacturing environment or Production Planning in manufacturing.
3. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Experience in Costing and Financial knowledge in a manufacturing environment.
5. Good communication and presentation skills.
6. Proficiency in IT software applications such as SAP R/3 and MS Office.
