ABC (Autism Behavioral Center), awarded the South East Asia Business Award 2023 as the Best Private Autism Intervention Clinic , focuses on providing early intervention for children with autism, learning, and behavioral difficulties. We seek a dynamic and adaptable ABA Therapist . No prior experience is necessary; a willingness to learn and passion for early learning are essential.
To succeed in this role, you should be playful, creative, and able to connect warmly with children. You must be willing to adapt, emotionally resilient, physically fit to play, and possess a sense of ownership and responsibility. Intensive training will be provided before you start as a therapist.
This role is a great stepping stone if you aim to pursue careers in child psychology, early intervention, or special needs education.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting child development through play-based interactions and clinical programs set by case supervisors
- Working with toddlers, pre-schoolers, school-age children, teenagers, and adults
- Executing individual and group programs
- Collaborating with team members and parents to implement goals
- Providing services in-centre, at home, or school-based support (case-dependent)

Job RequirementsTo qualify, you must:
- Be available to join in June or August 2025
- Hold a minimum diploma or degree in a relevant field
- Be willing to commute to clients homes for home-based therapy

- Be an objective thinker and clear communicator
