The Solutions Engineer will implement multiple cybersecurity/network products at the L1/2 level, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support for assigned cybersecurity/network products. This role is suitable for individuals with basic knowledge in post-sales, networks, or cybersecurity, making it an excellent opportunity for those starting their careers. The position reports to the Technical Manager. As the Solutions Engineer, you will:

Support calls for L2 troubleshooting Handle project kick-off meetings Mounting and relocation of cybersecurity equipment Configuration of cybersecurity equipment Migration of cybersecurity equipment User Acceptance Testing Draft project documentation Proactively manage customer expectations Knowledge transfer to partners or end-users Participate in vendor training QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
