Social Media Marketer

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with overall marketing and business goals. Plan and execute content calendars, ensuring consistency and timeliness across all social media platforms. Research industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to craft relevant and engaging content.

Content Creation & Management: Create high-quality, engaging, and shareable content (including text, images, videos, infographics, etc.) tailored to each platform. Work with the design team to create visually appealing social media assets and ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Schedule and publish social media content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and others.

Community Engagement & Interaction: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. Engage with followers and build an online community around the brand. Identify opportunities to join relevant conversations, collaborations, and influencers within the industry.

Social Media Advertising & Campaigns: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive traffic, increase leads, and generate sales. Monitor and optimize paid campaigns to ensure high ROI and meet business objectives. Analyze audience targeting, creative, and budgets for continuous optimization.

Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on social media metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, reach, and conversions. Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Sprout Social) to evaluate performance and adjust strategies as needed. Provide regular reports to management on the effectiveness of social media campaigns and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.

Brand Monitoring & Reputation Management: Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, reviews, and relevant conversations. Address customer concerns and feedback in a positive, professional manner. Protect and enhance the brands online reputation by addressing any negative comments or crises in a timely and effective way.

Collaborate with other marketing team members (e.g., content, SEO, email marketing) to ensure alignment on campaigns and messaging. Work closely with sales, customer service, and product teams to promote products, services, and events on social media. Assist in organizing and promoting virtual or in-person events, product launches, and promotions through social media.
