• Carry out Data Centre Operation daily tasks in shifts.
• Monitor Data Centre facility and Banking systems to ensure the systems are online as per the service level defined.
• Detect Data Centre facility and Banking systems incident, perform first level problem solving and follow up resolution with relevant support.
• Maintain compliance to all internal banks audit and statutory requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, or Information Technology related field
• At least 1 - 2 relevant working experience
• A team player and ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to work on shift rotation
