Senior Project Engineer ( ELV & Security Systems)

About the role

As a Senior Project Engineer ( ELV & Security Systems) at Infinite QL Group Of Companies, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of low-voltage electrical and security systems. This full-time position is based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, and will involve working on a variety of projects within the engineering domain.

What youll be doing

• Designing and developing low-voltage electrical and security systems to meet project requirements

• Managing end - end cycle of project from design, tender preparation, commissioning and completion

• Overseeing the installation and commissioning of electrical and security systems

• Conducting site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards

• Preparation of shop drawings, method statement, safety plan, traffic plan, progress claim and etc

• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for existing systems

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery

• Preparing detailed project documentation, including reports and technical specifications

• Managing 2-3 project engineers and few project simultaneously

• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

What were looking for

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering, specifically in low-voltage electrical and security systems

• Proficient in the design and implementation of electrical and security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations

• Proficient in the use of project management and design software
