Senior Payroll Specialist

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years working on payrolls, ideally in an outsourced function and in a lead role.
- Deep understanding of payroll and industry-specific business processes.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling clients payroll and managing the relationships between the company and the client. The Senior Payroll Analyst will need to be able to communicate clearly to all stakeholders. They will be expected to be involved in all aspects of the payroll run and support the BPO Payroll Manager in shaping the function to make it scalable and deliver the best service.
