FLUX is redefining car ownership through flexible, all-inclusive car subscriptions. We are seeking a strategic and creative marketing leader to build and amplify the FLUX brand. As the Senior Manager of Brand & Integrated Communications, you will own how the brand shows up across content, campaigns, communications, and creative touchpoints. This role is central to driving brand visibility, building customer trust, and deepening understanding of our product.

You will lead the development and execution of integrated brand and content strategies that inspire, educate, and engage audiences throughout their journey with FLUX. This includes championing our brand identity, managing all creative development, and overseeing content and lifecycle communications across owned channels.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Governance:

  • Be the custodian of the FLUX brand, ensuring consistency in tone, look and feel, and messaging across all internal and external touchpoints.
  • Lead brand-building initiatives and trust-driving programs that increase brand relevance and resonance.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring adoption across teams and partners.
  • Lead creative direction for all marketing initiatives, overseeing the development of compelling brand and product narratives through visuals and copy.
  • Manage creative briefs, production timelines, and quality control across design, video, and content assets (internal or external).

Integrated Campaign Management:

  • Develop and execute brand and product campaigns to drive awareness and understanding of car subscription.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape campaign messaging and ensure consistent execution across owned platforms.
  • Track and report campaign effectiveness based on engagement, reach, and brand lift.
  • Define and manage the editorial strategy across owned channels, including blog, website, email, and social media.
  • Ensure content supports education, product storytelling, and brand positioning across the customer journey.
  • Guide content calendar planning and oversee execution with the support of a junior executive or content partners.

Social Media Management

  • Own the organic social media narrative, ensuring a consistent voice and cadence across platforms.
  • Oversee the planning and publishing of posts, stories, and social content in line with content and brand goals.
  • Monitor social engagement and community feedback to iterate and optimize.
  • Oversee end-to-end lifecycle communication strategies across onboarding, engagement, and retention journeys.
  • Lead content planning and creative direction for LCM campaigns, with support for campaign execution and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Ops, ProdTech) to ensure timely and relevant messaging.

What Are We Looking For:

  • 8-10 years of experience in brand, content, or integrated communications roles, , ideally in a product-led B2C or B2B2C environment.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing brand campaigns, content strategies, and creative execution
  • Strong storytelling and copy development skills with a keen eye for visual design
  • Experience leading creative processes and collaborating with design, video, and content teams
  • Familiarity with content strategy and lifecycle marketing
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
  • Experience in product-led growth environments or working with self-serve/onboarding flows would be an added advantage.
