Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join our Finance team on a 12-month contract . In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting both internal and external stakeholders with accurate, insightful financial data.

1. Prepare and deliver accurate, timely financial reports to internal and external stakeholders.
2. Ensure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and regulatory standards.
3. Act as a key liaison with auditors, shareholders, and cross-functional teams.
4. Analyze general ledger activities and perform consolidation adjustments.
5. Support the integration of two accounting systems and enhance reporting tools.
6. Submit government surveys and regulatory filings.
7. Maintain high-quality financial records and contribute to process improvements.
8. Prepare and submit accounting returns and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

1. Qualifications - ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance.
2. Minimum 5 years with a Degree, or 15 years with a Professional Certificate.
3. Preferably with experience in the upstream oil & gas sector.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. High attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Proficiency in SAP and upstream accounting.
8. Fluent in English (spoken & written).
9. Comfortable navigating change and complexity.
10. Familiarity with PSCs , JOAs , and financial compliance frameworks.
