Salesperson

Mandarin speaker are preferred to to facilitate effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and to manage Chinese-language documents efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1. Weekly MRP demand confirmation, and calculate the raw material demand according to the BOM;

2. Identify material risks and output CTB report and follow up for solution

3. Coordinate with procurement to manage material delivery plans, ensuring timely supply to production line and customer orders;

4. Raw material inventory management of product line, storage analysis and cleaning of sluggish materials;

5. Timely feedback and coordinate the processing of abnormal material and abnormal production, to ensure the normal operation of production;

6. Follow up the delivery schedules for customer-supply materials and make monthly reconciliation;

7. ECN change, material switching and delivery date control;

8. Communicate with all departments and propose solutions if the existing process is not efficient.

Qualifications：

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 7 years working experience in material management in new energy or electronic industry.

2. Proficient in procurement processes and MRP logic and operation

3. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, speaking and understanding Chinese; proficient in SAP / ERP / Excel office software

4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, willing to communicate, and excellent professional field negotiation skills.
