Responsibilities:

• Pinpointing the best offerings, giving demos or presentations as well as proposals to clients.
• Reaching out to potential leads through various channels such as partner collaboration, social media, marketing events etc.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with the clients key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that align with clients needs and industry trends.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, deals insight and sales order lodging in the ERP system.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates toward goals and potential challenges.
• Participating in ongoing training and workshops, as well as attending social networking events.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT Industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
