Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales department by managing sales orders, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations.

Responsibilities

1) Sales Order Management:

  • Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Monitor order status and address any discrepancies or issues proactively.

2) Client Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, order updates, and general sales-related queries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns promptly and professionally.

3) Sales Support:

  • Assist sales team members in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
  • Generate sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and promotional events as required.

4) Inventory Management:

  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock availability.
  • Conduct periodic inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
  • Assist in managing product pricing and promotions in coordination with the sales and marketing teams.

5) Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate sales records, including contracts, agreements, and customer profiles.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Previous experience in sales support or coordination role, preferably in the chemical manufacturing industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Working Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri)

Location: Kota Damansara, PJ

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
