Sales Coordinator

We are a trading and OEM company specializing in outdoor lighting and electrical components, serving clients across Malaysia and Singapore. We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales & Project Coordinator to support our growing customer base and ensure smooth execution of orders.

• Coordinate and follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and order confirmations

• Liaise with internal teams (operations, logistics, procurement) to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment

• Assist in product pricing by gathering customer specs and discussing with Procurement Lead

• Prepare and update quotations, spec sheets, and order records accurately

• Track project timelines, sample deliveries, and client approvals

• Follow up on outstanding quotations and prepare simple sales reports

• Build strong customer relationships through consistent communication and professionalism

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent

• 2-3 years experience in B2B coordination, preferably in trading, M&E, or lighting industry

• Detail-oriented, responsive, and good in follow-ups

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and quotation tools

• Good spoken and written English; Mandarin is an advantage (due to customer/supplier interface)

• Able to multitask and thrive in a structured but fast-paced SME environment
