Youll create quotes, invoices, and delivery orders, and provide sales coordination and support. With your attention to detail and organizational skills, youll also help the sales team prepare regular reports. Duties and Responsibilities- Provide administrative support which includes creating quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders using the system.
- Provide sales coordination and support which includes follow-ups, and any customer requests/issues/sales-related matters.
- Oversee and monitor progress billings and collection of payments.
- Prepare reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and maintain up-to-date reports.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM level.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Malay.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Able to adapt to a fast-moving and fast-changing environment.
- Salary Range: RM2k - RM2.8k
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm
- Location: 1A, 10th Mile, Federal Highway, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
