Anverson Media Corp Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Telco Sales Specialist Manager to join our dynamic team in Melaka. As a Telco Sales Specialist Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and growth for our telecommunications products and services. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

What youll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to generate revenue and achieve sales targets
• Managing and leading a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training and support to ensure their success
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and building strong relationships with clients
• Negotiating and closing sales contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Analysing sales data, market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services
• Representing the company at industry events, conferences and client meetings

What were looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role within the telecommunications industry
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and lead a team
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies and tactics
• Proficient in data analysis and using sales-related software and tools
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Preferably a bachelors degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing or communications
