Requirements :
- Minimum Certificate qualification.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in the related field.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Excellent administrative and communication skills & high standard of customer service.
- Familiar with SQL Accounting Software & Microsoft Office.
Job Scope :
- Support Company Sales Team when they are not in the office.
- Handle the processing of sales orders with accuracy, timeliness and in accordance to customer delivery requirements.
- Follow up on the progress of delivery dates and time of delivery and identify any shortcomings.
- Coordinate with Logistic Department and Inform Sales Team or Clients of any unforeseen delays or problems and arrange alternative delivery dates.
- Respond to any enquires and complaints from customers and provide after-sales support when requested.
- Handle Telephone Calls and Emails.
- Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing important sales documents and communicating relevant information.
- Ensure the inventory of sales presentation materials such as brochures and presentation folders is always up to date.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material, events or exhibitions.
- Handle other Sales Administrative Tasks as and when assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
