Retail Sales cum Admin

Job description

• Greet customers and ascertain their needs.
• Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Assist in merchandising and display setups.
• Ensure merchandise is accurately priced and displayed.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet sales goals.
• Maintain product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Assist with inventory management and stocking.
• Ensure customers have a positive shopping experience.
• Assist customers with returns and exchanges.
• Provide product information and upsell when appropriate.

Job requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM Level, Diploma or any field.
• Good communication skills
• Responsible work attitude, self-discipline and proactive attitude
• Candidate must also be independent, friendly and cheerful attitude
• Have creativity and able to use design software such as Canva
• Having knowledge on the social media platform such as shoppe, FB, Tiktok is an added advantage
• Able to multi-task, work under pressure and work independently with minimum supervision.
• Experience in related field (retail shop) and knowledge in Accounting software is an added advantage
• Working days - Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
