Job Responsibilities: - Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring service quality and operational efficiency. - Perform daily financial reconciliation and maintain strict financial control to ensure clear and accurate accounting. - Lead and motivate the team, enhancing staff morale, cohesion, and service standards. - Develop and enforce operational standards to maintain consistent and effective management practices. Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management with thorough understanding of restaurant operations. - Highly responsible with strong financial management and reconciliation skills. - Excellent communication and team management abilities, strong organizational and coordination skills. - Ability to inspire team members, enhance morale, and foster a positive working environment.
