We are seeking a Regional Distributor Manager to manage and lead the LTP, supporting Nestlés growth, distribution objectives, and distributor profitability.

A day in the life of a Regional Distributor Manager

• Manage Distributors in line with Distributor Management Best Practices:
  • Thruput Target
  • Market Returns
  • Stock Cover
• Coordinate with RSM MT/TT on Distributor Sales Operations Issues
  • Delivery / Customer Service Level
  • Sales operations related matters
  • Customer Universe Data Management (New Outlet Openings and Closings)
• Conduct Distributor Business reviews
• Oversee Distributor Warehouse management & DWIS evaluation
• Coordinate with Distributor Development Executive on Distributor signage

What will make you successful

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Field Sales experience
• Distributor Insight & knowledge of competitor distributor situations
