Recruitment Consultant (Tech) Junior/Senior

As a 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant (Tech) , youll manage the full recruitment cycle - from business development to successful placements .

Your key responsibilities include:

1. Drive sales growth and meet placement targets through end-to-end tech recruitment.
2. Build and manage client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and tech stacks.
3. Source, screen, and place top tech talent across roles like software engineering, product, DevOps, etc.
4. Prepare candidates for interviews and manage the offer process.
5. Provide clients with market insights including salary benchmarks and hiring trends.
6. Represent Hiredly X in client meetings and mentor junior consultants.

• 1-3+ years experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to tech roles or clients.

• Proven ability in 360 recruitment (business development + delivery).

• Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
