Quality Controller
Responsibilities Supervise and inspect the production process of baked products (biscuits, cakes, bread, etc.) to ensure compliance with company quality standards and food safety regulations. Perform regular quality testing and record keeping of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures (QC checklists, HACCP, GMP, etc.). Identify and report quality issues during the production process and provide improvement suggestions. Communicate with production, warehousing, and distribution departments to ensure food safety and consistent quality.
Ensure product quality during packaging, storage, and transportation. Assist in training production staff on quality and hygiene standards. Requirements
Minimum SPM/Diploma or related food science/food technology/quality management major preferred. Experience as a QC/QC Inspector in food production, baking, or catering is preferred. Familiarity with food safety regulations (such as HACCP, GMP, and Halal standards) is a plus.
Careful and responsible, with good observation and problem-solving skills. Able to work shifts or overtime (depending on production needs). Salary & Benefits
Monthly salary range: RM 2,000 - RM 2,800 (adjusted based on experience). Provide EPF/SOCSO/EIS statutory benefits. Annual leave, sick leave, and other company benefits.
