Requirements:
  • Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Secretarial or equivalent
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good attitude, responsible, hardworking, and able to multi-task
  • Experience in dealing, negotiating, and working with suppliers
  • Ability to analyze market demand for products
  • Maintain and update purchasing data in the system regularly
  • Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers or vendors
  • Monitor and forecast products based on market demand
  • Assist the manager in daily activities, report preparation, and documentation
  • Support monitoring performance progress and handle administrative tasks efficiently
  • Coordinate with related teams or departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate with upper management to achieve departmental goals
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors
