PROTEGE PROGRAM - Operation Executive Assistance

1. Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operation Executive Assistant to support our executive team.

2. Key Responsibilities:

a. Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Analysing industry trends and competitive landscapes.

b. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identifying and qualifying leads through various channels (e.g., online research, networking events, cold calling).
  • Maintaining a database of leads and prospects.

c. Proposal Preparation and Presentation:

  • Assisting in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information for proposals.

d. Client Relationship Management:

  • Supporting in managing relationships with existing clients and nurturing client accounts.
  • Handling client inquiries and providing timely responses.

e. Sales Support:

  • Assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies.
  • Coordinating sales meetings and follow-ups.

f. Administrative Support:

  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements for business development executives.
  • Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls.

g. Project Coordination:

  • Assisting in the coordination and implementation of business development projects and initiatives.

3. Qualifications:

a. Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operation Management, or a related field preferred.

4. Skills

a. Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.

b. Relationship Building:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

c. Analytical Skills:

  • Ability to analyse data and market trends to identify opportunities.

d. Organizational Skills:

  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.

e. Sales Acumen:

  • Understanding of sales processes and strategies.

f. Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

g. Adaptability and Initiative:

  • Willingness to take on new challenges and proactively contribute to business development efforts.

h. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

i. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

j. Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable with a positive attitude.

5. Benefits:

a. An allowance of RM2000.00 per month.

b. SOCSO + EIS.

c. Annual & Medical Leave.

Job Types: Temporary, Fresh graduateContract length: 8 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
