• Drive project-based sales from lead to close

• Present solutions that balance customer goals with technical viability

• Prepare detailed proposals, handle queries, and coordinate expectations

• Support seamless handover from sales to project execution

• Nurture long-term relationships based on clarity, reliability, and results

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field

• Detail-oriented, patient, and diplomatic in managing multiple stakeholders

• Experience in construction or project-based sales is a plus

• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese; English is an advantage

• Able to balance promises made to clients with the bandwidth of the technical team
