Program Manager (Based in Malaysia, 1 year contract WFH)

PCI Private Limited is seeking an experienced Program Manager based in Malaysia for a 1-year remote contract role, managed through an Employment Agency.

Responsibilities:

1. Liaise and follow up with customers on delivery plans.
2. Coordinate with Purchasing and Production to expedite materials and schedules.
3. Participate in customer conference calls regarding delivery matters.
4. Monitor project schedules to ensure on-time NPI shipment delivery.
5. Analyze forecast waterfall data.
6. Communicate regularly with stakeholders including engineering teams, manufacturing partners, and customers to provide updates and ensure alignment.
7. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting the NPI program, such as supply chain issues, production readiness, or design flaws.
8. Oversee the transition from prototype to production, ensuring manufacturing efficiency and product compliance with production requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant Account Management experience in the EMS industry.
3. Familiar with MRP or ERP systems, preferably SAP.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Excellent time and project management abilities.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
