L1 & L2 support

Diagnosing issue

Analyzing issue

Performing in-depth troubleshooting

Coordinating with business users and development teams and vendors

Ensure timely resolution of production system problems

Incident Management

Escalation management

Documentation

Experiecne with : Oracle Database Sql server database Sql queries And some plsql

Job Type: ContractContract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
