Marketing Manager (Digital)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and restaurant footfall.
  • Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to create engaging content showcasing food, culture, and ambiance.
  • Collaborate with influencers and food bloggers to amplify brand reach and credibility.
  • Optimize the companys website and online ordering platforms for better user experience and higher conversions.
  • Design and implement loyalty programs and promotions to encourage repeat visits and customer retention.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback, reviews, and inquiries across digital platforms.
  • Plan and execute campaigns for special events, festivals, and seasonal offerings (e.g., Ramadan, Diwali, Eid).
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager to measure ROI and refine strategies.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights in the F&B industry.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote offers.
  • Plan and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Work closely with the operations team to align marketing efforts with restaurant goals and initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure high-quality execution of marketing plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Canva, etc.).
  • Proven ability to create impactful campaigns and drive measurable results.
  • Passion for food, culture, and storytelling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Fixed shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Food service: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Digital marketing: 5 years (Preferred)
