Position OverviewWe are seeking a Logistics Specialist to support the implementation of a new SAP system in ASEAN and assist the logistics team with related tasks. This is a contract position based in Malaysia.
Responsibilities- Support P58 (new SAP system) implementation on logistics matters.
- Perform data cleansing for data migration.
- Participate in system UAT to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Monitor transfer postings.
- Review and verify third-party vendor invoices against POs via Process Director.
- Create new item maintenance for SHSB and 4PL, including EDI mapping.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders for customs clearance reports.
- Assist with credit note releases and invoice cancellations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service and logistics operations.
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
- Proficient in SAP, especially with material master and sales distribution modules.
- Basic knowledge of demand planning and supply chain processes.
- Willingness to learn.
- Good command of English and Malay.
- Experience in healthcare or medical industry is a plus.
