Position: Human Resource Specialist

Within our Regional Shared Service Centre, you will join a fast-growing company and will be responsible for supporting professionals we engage on behalf of our client. You will assist in managing back-end HR, Payroll, and legal service providers that support the infrastructure of our international entities. We are looking for someone with global exposure and experience across the EMEA, AMERICAS, and APAC regions.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support key employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, data management, absence management, visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding.
  2. Prepare HR documentation including employment contracts, amendments, policies, benefits enrollment, payroll documentation, onboarding guides, employment certificates, and termination certifications.
  3. Organize and maintain employee records via our proprietary platform: input, update, and process forms related to HR activities.
  4. Administer benefits on behalf of customers and professionals, collaborating with brokers and insurers for enrollments.
  5. Provide payroll data, including time and expense details, supporting payroll administration in coordination with payroll teams and providers.
  6. Conduct audits and data checks to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  7. Participate in continuous improvement of HR processes and maintain SOPs and policies.
  8. Communicate effectively with professionals and customers to resolve queries via email and other channels.
  9. Ensure service excellence by adhering to SLAs and SOPs.
  10. Liaise with partners/vendors including insurance, local service providers, and payroll providers to ensure seamless coordination.
  11. Serve as the first point of contact for professionals during onboarding and offboarding.
Experience & Qualifications:
  1. 5-8 years of HR operations experience; SSC experience is desirable.
  2. Knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
  3. Basic understanding of labor legislation in the APAC region is advantageous.
  4. Experience handling offboarding processes is a plus.
  5. Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  6. Proficient in MS Office.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
  8. Experience in stakeholder management and building positive relationships.
  9. Attention to detail, self-motivation, and excellent time management.
  10. Strong communication skills with the ability to provide feedback and suggest improvements.
  11. Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment.
  12. Flexible regarding time zones and adaptable to a dynamic environment. Shared service experience is an advantage.
