Processing Payments

• Handling cash, credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of payment.

Providing Customer Service

• Answering customer questions, assisting with customer inquiries, and resolving minor issues.

Flexibility

• Assisting with other duties as needed in the store

Problem-solving

• Assisting fellow colleagues with technical issues or customer inquiries.

Product knowledge

• Being knowledgeable about the products or services offered at the store.

Positive attitude

• Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude with customers and colleagues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
