As a member of the Asia Finance team, the Finance Analyst (Travel and Expense) involves in auditing expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, analyzing spending patterns and preparing reports. With our office based at UOA Business Park, Shah Alam, reports to the Superior in China.

Responsibilities

1. Review and audit employee expense reports in accordance with Global Travel and Expense (T&E) policy promptly.
2. Maintain accurate and timely employee master data and Delegation of Authority (DOA) in the Concur system.
3. Prepare and analyze monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports, focusing on top spenders by entity during closing period.
4. Oversee and update relevant new employee information in system.
5. Accrue processed expense reports from the Concur system to QAD at month-end.
6. Ensure all monthly closing activities are completed on schedule, including VAT reconciliation.
7. Support both internal and external audit processes.
8. Ensure all processes comply with internal control policies and procedures.
9. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Superior.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Equipped with 1-2 years of Finance working experience is a plus.
• Proficient in both English and Chinese languages to support China.
• Good inter-personal and communications skills.
• Willing to learn, take up challenges and good team spirit.
