Field Service Representative

• This role involves Data Entry (Software Base), diagnosing and resolving technical issues (Hardware Base)

• Providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance for equipment or systems at customer locations. (Training will be provided)

• Ensuring proper setup and functionality.

• Maintaining accurate system records of service activities

• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively.

• Proficient in mobile and desktop platforms (Windows, Android).

• Follow manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols during all service activities.

• Previous experience in field service roles is an advantage, with some positions requiring 1 - 3 years of relevant experience.

• Familiarity with Telematics Software and Hardware preferably.

• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics, and proficiency in relevant software applications.

• Flexibility to work beyond standard hours (Base on assembly plant timing).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
