• Work towards Zero incidents
• Contractor briefing & issuing work permits
• TNPCB & HW handling
• Conduct EHS Committee meetings
• Knowledge & use of safety policies
• ISO 14001, 45001 requirements
• ESG requirements
• Gemba walk-through & follow-up for closures

• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Safety practices in respective workplaces & use of PPEs
• Awareness of basic EMS requirements
• Awareness of 5S principles and their application in the respective area
• Knowledge of applicable statutory & regulatory compliances
• Carry out HIRA across the plant
• Develop action plans to mitigate high risks
• Knowledge of harmonious people relationships in an organization
• Participation skills (coordination, organizational, decision-making, responsibility)
