Education Counsellor (Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Engagement: Contact and counsel prospective students about new intakes, offering personalized advice and guidance based on their academic goals.
  • Sales & Targets: Meet sales targets and KPIs as set by the management to ensure consistent student intake and growth.
  • Event Participation: Plan, coordinate, and attend events such as Open Days and Public Exhibitions to promote offerings and attract new students.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with team members to execute sales initiatives and contribute to the growth and success of the department.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes and retention.
  • Reporting: Regularly report to your manager on progress, sales activities, and student intake performance, ensuring that all internal policies are adhered to.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Be proactive in taking on additional tasks or duties as assigned by management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate, Student job

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
