Customer Service Operations Associate (Japanese Speaker)

Responsibilities Order Management (Service)
  • Respond to customer requests for service, repair, and calibration, including warranty/contract and per-incident support. Manage pick-up and transhipment activities.
  • Analyze and respond to customer quotations promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with Keysight policies, terms, and conditions.
  • Manage the closure of service orders.
  • Understand customer needs and take ownership to ensure customer satisfaction within the assigned area.
  • Trigger customer billings in a timely manner, in accordance with defined policies and standards.
  • Perform error corrections to resolve stuck orders.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese is required (Japan Market).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
  • Capacity to work under stress.
  • Experience with standard approaches to simple problem resolution.
  • Basic escalation management skills.
  • Basic IT and technology knowledge.
  • Bachelors or university degree or equivalent.
