HR Assistant

This job is for an HR Assistant who helps with daily HR tasks such as payroll and managing foreign workers. You might like this job because youll be involved in supporting employees and ensuring a clean and safe work environment!

Responsibilities
  1. Perform daily HR operations.
  2. Assist in payroll preparation by checking employee absences, leave, and other related matters.
  3. Support HR Executive in managing and handling foreign worker disciplinary issues.
  4. Manage hostel facilities, ensuring cleanliness of the hostel and surrounding areas.
  5. Arrange transportation for ill workers to clinics or hospitals, and for medical check-ups, using company-provided vehicles.
  6. Monitor foreign workers permit renewals, passport renewals, and immigration issues.
  7. Handle general office administration, including queries via incoming calls.
  8. Coordinate uniform distribution and maintain records.
  9. Update and maintain accurate employee files and filing systems.
  10. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
  1. Possess at least SPM qualification.
  2. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  3. Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  4. Willing to travel outstation when needed.
