Customer Service cum Road Tax Renewal Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person.
  • Provide detailed information on road tax renewal procedures, vehicle insurance options, and documentation requirements.
  • Process road tax renewals through relevant government portals or systems.
  • Coordinate with JPJ, insurance providers, and other agencies when needed.
  • Ensure all customer records and documents are accurately updated and filed.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm successful renewals or gather missing information.
  • Handle complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest regulations and policies regarding road tax and insurance.
  • Support general office administrative tasks and other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • SPM/Diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service or the automotive/insurance industry is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of road tax and vehicle insurance processes.
  • Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is a plus point.
  • Customer-oriented with a friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and online systems.
