Client Relations Executive - IT & Compliance
About the Role
ClientBase is a Singapore-based IT and PDPA Compliance Advisory firm that manages the full IT environment for professional service firms — with a strong focus on data protection and regulatory compliance.
Were looking for a Client Relations Executive - IT & Compliance to serve as the reliable first point of contact for our clients. Youll assist with their day-to-day IT needs, manage subscriptions and devices, and coordinate with internal teams on compliance-related matters.
This role blends client relationship management, light IT support, and compliance coordination. If you are tech-comfortable, organized, and service-minded, this may be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for assigned clients and respond to enquiries promptly
- Provide basic IT support (e.g., password resets, email access, printer/scanner setup, internet issues)
- Manage and track client IT subscriptions (e.g., Microsoft 365, antivirus, Zoom)
- Assist in onboarding tasks such as VM access, email setup, and software installations
- Help schedule and track compliance-related tasks, reviews, or reports
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and follow-up tasks in the CRM
- Redirect client issues related to PDPA, virtual machines (VMs), or complex IT matters to the appropriate internal department
- Build and maintain trust-based client relationships through consistent support
What were looking for:
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role (support, admin, account management, or similar)
- Comfortable with technology and common IT tools — not expected to solve everything, but able to handle and coordinate basic issues
- Detail-oriented and highly organized in managing client follow-ups and internal handovers
- Service-focused, dependable, and capable of working independently in a remote setting
- Bonus: Experience working with law or accounting firms, or basic knowledge of PDPA/compliance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
