Role Details of Country Sales Manager: (Male preferred) The Country Sales Manager would oversee general management for a specific country. This role acts as a key liaison between field staff (branches, franchisees, partners) and Head Office to ensure high-quality service for students, maintaining KC Overseass reputation. Key responsibilities include: Managing all field offices for end-to-end student walk-ins to conversions, with specific regional targets.

Understanding business models and SOPs, conducting field visits, and coordinating with Head Office and HR for regional setup. Facilitating communication between Business Units and field offices to ensure operational efficiency. Ensuring process efficiency, quality of service, and staff training.

Supporting regional marketing activities in coordination with Head of Marketing. Desired Skills:
