As a Content & Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that align with the companys overall goals and objectives. This role requires a combination of strong writing skills, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement content strategies that align with the companys marketing goals and objectives. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, content preferences, and industry trends. Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing tools and technologies. Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content in various formats, such as videos (Reels, Stories, etc), social media posts, blog posts, articles, infographics and more. Collaborate with designers, photographers, and other creative professionals to produce visually appealing content. Ensure all content is well-written, accurate, and informative. Content Management: Manage and maintain the companys content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery. Coordinate with internal teams and external contributors to gather and curate content. Optimize content for search engines and social media platforms. Content Distribution: Publish content on the companys social media channels, website and other relevant platforms. Promote content through email marketing, influencer outreach, and paid advertising. Track and analyze content performance metrics to measure engagement and ROI. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives. Foster a creative and collaborative work environment. Job Requirements
3+ years of experience in content creation and management. Strong writing skills, video editing skills and keen attention to detail. Experience with content strategy, content marketing, and social media. Proficiency with digital marketing tools, AI tools and ChatGPT. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Skills
