Client Engagement Executive

Membership Management

  • Prepare membership agreement before invoices are issued to customers.

  • Process publication orders and submit to ECRI USA on timely basis.

  • Monitor members subscription expiration date and update to the superior on a regular basis.

  • Generate various monthly reports for the Business Development team.

  • Manage publication members database (CRM) - registration of new clients; onboarding new membership clients; manage renewals of existing memberships; changes of users details, update on contacts etc

Sales

  • Provide advisory to clients on the availability of ECRI products and upsell whenever possible.

  • Communicate and work within the team to respond to clients queries.

User Training

  • Conduct comprehensive training of ECRI products for new and existing users.

  • Create and maintain user documentation and training materials.

  • Address user queries and concerns related to ECRI products.

Quality Improvement

  • Prepare customer surveys to collect user feedback and testimonials.

  • Analyze user feedback and comments to identify areas for improvement and optimize ECRI products.

 Tender Monitoring

  • Proactively monitor tenders, and RFPs from various countries within the region.

  • Analyze tender and RFP documents to identify potential business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with various department to prepare and submit compelling proposals.

 Others

  • Any arising duties to support the Business Development team.
