Business Development/Sales Executive (Penang) - Mandarin Speaker

This job is a Business Development/Sales Executive position located in Penang, focusing on selling HR payroll systems to businesses. You might find this role appealing because it involves helping clients, achieving sales targets, and representing the company at events.

1. Focus on early and high-growth HR payroll system sales to business clients, managing outbound activities, and owning the sales process from lead generation to onboarding.
2. Provide presales technical and functional support to prospective clients, ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.
3. Achieve monthly and annual sales KPIs set by the company.
4. Research, identify, and prospect new business opportunities to build the sales pipeline.
5. Submit timely and organized sales reports to management.
6. Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences to promote INFOTECH Cloud HRMS solutions.
7. Target and influence new customers to use Info-Techs product range.
8. Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.

1. Diploma or Degree in any field.
2. Good communication skills with fluency in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin.
3. At least 1 year of relevant work experience; fresh graduates interested in sales and marketing are welcome to apply.
4. Knowledge of Malaysian government statutory requirements (EPF, Employment Act, SOCSO) is advantageous.
5. Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
7. Willing to travel to KL HQ for 2 weeks of training.
8. Own transport to travel within Pulau Pinang.
